Once you place an order, our operations team will contact you for confirmation. Your order will only be processed after confirmation.

After dispatch, your tracking number will be shared directly on your WhatsApp. Delivery time is 3-5 working days across Pakistan.

We offer a 5-day refund and exchange policy for any faulty or malfunctioning watches.

Our watches come with a warranty for the machine only, ranging from 6 months to 1 year, depending on the model. The warranty does not cover color fading or body damage.

We offer a check-and-pay policy, allowing you to inspect the parcel before paying the amount to the rider. However, you must inform us before dispatching to avail of this service.

We accept cash on delivery and provide multiple online payment methods, including bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and NayaPay.
